1. What JobSign provides

JobSign is a tool that helps contractors create professional approval documents using AI. It generates draft documents based on your descriptions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before presenting it to a client for signature.

2. Not legal advice

JobSign is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The documents generated are drafts intended to help you communicate scope and get written approval. They are not substitutes for contracts prepared by an attorney. For high-value or complex work, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You own all content you create using JobSign, including descriptions, client information, and generated documents. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store it solely to provide the service to you.

5. Pricing and payments

The Free plan includes 3 AI-generated approvals per month. The Pro plan ($9.99/month) includes unlimited approvals and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party infrastructure. We are not liable for delays, outages, or errors in generated content.

8. Limitation of liability

JobSign's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of generated documents.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of JobSign after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
